Every new trial starts as a staff-only evaluation -- up to six people from your school (one admin plus five colleagues) can use every subject straight away. Pupil access is not part of this signup: it requires RAISE's approval, after your school agreement and data-protection arrangements are in place, and always needs two verified safeguarding contacts first.
