AI and your questions

When you ask a question, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI via a secure server. Anthropic processes your question to generate a response. Questions are not stored by Anthropic beyond what is necessary to generate the response. Please see Anthropic's privacy policy for more details.

Please do not include personal or sensitive information in your questions. The platform is designed for curriculum revision only -- avoid sharing personal details, home addresses, or anything unrelated to your studies.

How long we keep your data

Activity data is retained for the current academic year and reset each September, following confirmation from the school administrator. Account information is retained for as long as your school maintains a subscription to RAISE Learning.

If you would like your data deleted before the annual reset, please contact your school administrator or email ben@raise-consulting.co.uk.
