Class management is only available to school administrator and teaching staff accounts. If you think this is an error, please contact your administrator.
Create classes, assign teachers, upload pupils by CSV, and invite teaching staff.
They'll get an email with a link to set their own password and sign in.
Upload a CSV with columns: Surname, Initial, Year. "Year" means the year the pupil started at your school (their intake year) — not their current year group. For example, a pupil who started Year 7 in 2022 would be Smith, J, 22. Usernames are generated automatically from these columns, and pupils will log in as username@school.learn.
Trial accounts are limited to 5 pupil accounts in total. Subscribe to add more.
Pupil access is not enabled. It requires RAISE approval and two verified safeguarding contacts after your school agreement and data-protection arrangements are complete.
